Amy Rosoff Davis is celebrity trainer, health and wellness coach dedicated to helping people become their best self.

This mama of two gained notoriety for getting Selena Gomez into shape for her Revival Tour.  Other celebrity clients include: Sarah Paulson, Miranda Kerr, Kristen Bell, Felicity Jones, Emma Roberts, Troian Bellisario, Sofia Richie, Taylor Schilling, Cristin Milioti, Olivia Holt, Hannah Simone, Lily Rabe, and many more.

Amy approaches fitness from a place of radical self-love and acceptance. Her holistic beliefs recognize the quintessential connection between mind, body, and spirit and its correlation to optimal health. Through tailored programs, Amy encourages her clients to listen deeply to their bodies, leading not only miraculous physical results, but more joyful and abundant lives. Rejecting the notion of achieving perfection when it comes to fitness, Amy’s method shifts the client’s desires from obtaining a certain weight or size to finding the joy in movement and appreciating what our bodies can do.

Raised a dancer, Amy knew the importance of mind, body and spirit at an early age. During her time at NYU’s Tisch, this passion amplified while diving into the world of Eastern movement modalities such as Tai Chi and Yoga. After graduating, Amy moved to Los Angeles and spent years training in Pilates, high impact aerobics, kickboxing, circuit training, and dance cardio. She loved the sweat and burn of traditional fitness classes, but struggled with feeling exhausted and disconnected from her body after her workouts.

So, Amy turned inward and asked herself: Shouldn’t fitness feel good? It was here that Amy shifted her perspective around fitness from results to process and developed her signature workouts of intense cardio mixed with Yoga + Pilates. She brought these workouts to her clients who not only found themselves having a blast on and off their mats, but quickly saw incredible results.

As an actor (Amy is currently a series regular on the Dreamworks animated series Croods Family Tree on Hulu), fitness instructor, and chef, chauffeur and laundress for her two tiny ones, Amy knows how messy and imperfect life can get. She understands that life’s demands sometimes push us away from maintaining a regular self-care routine. Her holistic approach encourages sustainable self-care arguing that as little as five or ten minutes of meditation, breathwork, or restorative yoga can make all the difference.

Amy also sees food as a cornerstone to optimizing health and feeling good in our bodies and recieved her nutrition certification with Nutritious Life. She is a health food junkie and avid chef and has created both meal plans and delicious food for many of clients (including Selena before, during and after her Revival tour).

Let Amy help you tap into your best YOU.
